Customized Grids

The order and width of columns throughout Propel Rx can be set and saved for the user logged in. Any window that uses columns is referred to as a grid. The Workbench, Patient SearchDrug Search, and Activities are just a few examples of the grids that can be customized. When a user logs in, their customized settings appear for each grid.

If you notice a grid column is missing, try removing the customized grid. This reverts the grid to its default settings.

Changing the Width of a Column

  1. Log into Propel Rx using your User ID and password.

  2. Open the window that you would like to customize.

  3. Locate the column that you would like to change.

  4. Place your cursor on the vertical line at the left or right side of the column.

  5. Left click on your mouse and hold it.

  6. Still holding the left mouse button, slowly move the mouse to the left or right to increase or decrease the width of the column. The vertical line moves along with the mouse.

  7. Let go of the left mouse button once the vertical line is in the appropriate location.

Changing the Location of a Column

  1. Log into Propel Rx using your User ID and password.

  2. Open the window that you would like to customize.

  3. Locate the column that you would like to change.

  4. Place your cursor on the column name.

  5. Left click on your mouse and hold it.

  6. Still holding the left mouse button, slowly drag the mouse left or right to move the column to a new location. A dark blue line appears in the location where you move the column.

  7. Let go of the left mouse button once the dark blue line is in the appropriate location.

Removing a Customized Grid

  1. Log into Propel Rx using your User ID and password.

  2. Select > Pharmacy.

  3. Select the User tab.

  4. Under the Grids section, scroll through the list and highlight the name of the customized grid you would like to reset.

  5. Select the Remove button.

  6. Select the Save button.
